One-Step became incorporated on April 9, 1994, in Ft. Lauderdale, under the management of two partners, Christine Drawdy and Karen Demuth. Quickly One-Step became known for both its high quality packages at affordable prices in both the corporate world as well as the media and entertainment industry. The first contract they were awarded was with a corporate client for housing at COMDEX in Las Vegas. They started offering incentive travel to local radio stations and cable companies and within the first year One-Step had dozens of media clients. At the same time they also started developing the promotions side of the business handling media buys for hotels and airlines for barter and cash converting them into trips for the media. Within its first twelve months of operations, One-Step billed over $1.5 million in gross revenues.

In April of 1996 Christine purchased full ownership of One-Step Promotions & Incentives from her partner and under her direction, One-Step has developed into a full service incentive and promotions house. On September 10, 2001, they moved their headquarters to Tampa, keeping their travel division in Ft. Lauderdale.

Currently they have a tradeshow division housed in their offices located in Tampa (which they opened in 2001) with a Creative Division (Redav) located in Miami, Florida, and an Information Management/IT Division located in Tampa, Florida.

Since its humble beginnings almost a decade ago, One-Step has become a company known for both its integrity, ethics and good will with both its clients and vendors. Relationships are the most important element of a transaction for us and that is what has made us what we are today… a leader in the industry.
